Seriously, I remembered the different time slots minutes before watching WMSMConT and like, JC doesn't believe but I don't give a shit since JC isn't even in my way. Then I have to go back on Wednesday, isn't that better nanoka.... eeh, I guess it is.. OK then..

1. take book/mag/cd you don't give a fuck about.
2. aim, or target lock or toss without looking/ thing onto roach.
3. Put foot on thing
4. Apply pressure
5. Wait for pop/crunch sound*

* You should heard this in a split second, if not you have not applied enough pressure or the roach has run away.

DO not jump on thing or you will not be able to hear the nice pop.
