Casual Dress Day (CDD) 18-May-06
Rules & Regulations
1) No excessively baggy pants.
2) No sunglasses or other non-prescribed eyewear is allowed.
3) No hats, helmets or gloves allowed.
4) Only closed shoes are allowed.
5) If there are lessons such as P.E or laboratory sessions that require different attire from what the student is wearing to school, he/she is expected to bring a change of attire. Failure to do so can result in disciplinary action and student can be denied entry into laboratories.
6) Clothing that has sharp objects i.e. studs, spikes are not allowed
7) Clothes with translucent material or of a nature that is too revealing are strictly prohibited
8) Tube tops, halter tops or any other tops that expose the midriff are not allowed
9) Skirts and other bottoms that are more than one hand width above the knee are strictly prohibited.
10) Clothes that are torn or tattered are strictly prohibited.
11) Clothes that have slogans, words or pictures that contain vulgarities, profanities, crude remarks or sexual connotations are strictly prohibited.
12) Any student found flouting these rules would be subjected to disciplinary action.
13) If a teacher, prefect or councilor feels that a student’s attire is unacceptable, the student will be fine $10/- and required to change into the school P.E attire or uniform. Students who resist those in authority will be sent immediately to the Vice-Principal.
14) The Principal, Vice-Principal, School Prefects & Student Council reserve the right to amend the rules and also to disqualify a student from CDD if he/she is dress inappropriately and is violation of the rules. Students who resist those in authority will be sent immediately to the Vice-Principal.
