Didn't know I passed my 500 post count. Should've commemorated. lol

Went out yesterday to eat at this awesome sushi place in the CBD. Then went to watch Dream Girls, holy crap, it's the most awesome show I've watched in a few months.

Move aside Beyonce, Jennifer Hudson's in the house.

I couldn't resist so I picked up the Soundtrack down at SembawangMusic after the movie.

UNFORTUNATELY, my already superior player cannot compare to the breath-taking excellence that GV cinemas' sound system delivered yesterday. Damn shiok. But from time to time got contact problem. =/ There is so much emotion in Jennifer Hudson's songs, you totally have to listen to the likes of "And I'm Telling You I'm not Going" and "One Night Only", to truly understand how good she is.

Well, there were so many people grumbling yesterday throughout the movie. Hey dudes, it's based on the BROADWAY MUSICAL, what did ya expect? haha, oh well. I'd have been sadder to know that some musicians in the house didn't appreciate the excellence =).

If you haven't caught DreamGirls yet, it's about time you did.
